At our adhesive tape factory, the warehouse is important department for ensuring smooth production and sales operations. For production, the jumbo rolls is up to 220KG at least, we still need staff to use metal lifters to transit to the slitting machine. For sales operation, daily container shipment or express deliver is handled by warehouse. Newera has more than 10,000 square meters warehouse, which could hold 20 containers of storage. This huge space allows us to meticulously categorize and store tapes according to different type, specification, domestic and export market or even defective products came from production. Ranged from Transparent Tape, double-sided tape, or masking tape for specialized industries, everything is perfectly organized with high efficiency of collecting and retrieving goods by warehouse staff.

In addition to its big scale, the warehouse utilizes professional warehouse management software and rational plan to the placement. From the moment goods enter the warehouse, the system accurately records the quantity, tape size, and product date for each batch of tape. Similarly, these strict controls are applied during the daily export delivery process to ensure that the actual shipment quantity is consistent with the sales and production system records. Furthermore, all data is securely recorded for easy traceability and management. This not only ensures the accuracy of inventory data but also provides solid data support for factory and finance decision-making to know which clients still have stock in warehouse and what material is out of stock etc.

Newera warehouse includes the space for finished products, paper core, jumbo roll, box and adhesive. All these important material is recorded by warehouse number.
