The production process for printing tape is that we use cooper plate engraving or named as copper clad lamination technology to make the mold. When the mold of customer brand is finished, the mold is put on the BOPP film for printing before coating adhesive. Then the film with brand is transferred to coating workshop for coating. The whole jumbo roll of brand tape is finished. The last part is slitting. We could make it as customer request for 48mm or 72mm or length in 100m 200m etc. We have QC team to test the color on BOPP film to make sure pantone color is same as customer requested and to the adhesive thickness. With high technology automated slitting machine, the logo stays always in the middle part of the tape. We have heard that customer complain their former suppliers custom brand does not stay in the middle part which is not looking good especially under white color background. Custom packaging tape involves different color background design. We make a lot of clear and white background. Other color like green or yellow or red background tape takes more time to produce. We have high standard to the adhesive and toner management so each glue container is cleaned before making production.
