Printed Brown Tape and Adhesive Tape with Logo: Make Brand Visible
Printed Brown Tape is typically made by recyclable kraft paper or water-based acrylic adhesive. Here the printed brown tape, we are BOPP type adhesive tape with acrylic glue. It is widely used in fashion business and toy business. The brown tape is close to the color of box, which makes the package looks premium and luxury. For the printed logo, the brand background usually match with black font. United States and Europe market prefer to the brown background with warning tape context to notice the package is sealed. The brown printed tape protects customer privacy unboxed during transportation compared with the clear background tape which is easy to be replaced by transparent tape.
For logistics requirement, brown Print Tape usually print fragile or warnings sealed on tape with multiple languages like Spanish or Russian for global shipments. Customer would ask for tape size like 2 inch or 3 inch width, we could satisfy with the custom size. Before opening printing plate for the logo, we confirm with customer the order quantity, it is about the MOQ and the plate cost. From the production side, if order quantity is more than 4000 pieces, we recommend customers open long printing plate which could make production more efficient because the width of jumbo roll is 1280mm instead of 980mm length is same 4000m for the material. The cost of long printing plate is a little bit higher than the short one.
The pattern on brown tape could be finished with QC code or whatsapp code. Our high-end slitting machine could make sure all the small cube around these code would be printed clearly. As for the printing mold, if the logo used tow colors combined, the old machine would make printing process in two steps that staff have to finish one by one. Newera’s printing machine could finish the printing at the same time to reduce manual mistake and misplacement after two steps on printing mold.
